Job summary

Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown is seeking an experienced Service Advisor focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent the dealership professionally, clearly outline customer needs on repair orders, and communicate with technicians and customers during service visits.

Requirements include five years of service advisor experience, CDK experience a plus, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers.
• Clearly outline the customer’s needs on the repair order.
• Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit.
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer.

Candidates must be sales and CSI driven. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary.
