Job summary

Miller's Automotive Service in Gastonia, NC is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to greet and assist customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive service, and strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for documenting vehicle issues, preparing repair orders, and ensuring customers are updated throughout the service process. A friendly, team-oriented work environment is offered with a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or background.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Type: Full-Time
