Meineke Car Care Centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will oversee service advisors, handle customer inquiries, and maintain required documentation in a busy automotive service environment.

Key duties include leading a team of automotive service professionals, ensuring timely repairs, mentoring staff on sales and customer service techniques, and managing the service department's day-to-day operations and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening completed.
• At least two years of experience as automotive service writer or service advisor required; experience as a service manager preferred.
• Deep understanding of automotive technology and repair services required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
