Suburban Toyota Farmington Hills is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage repair orders from start to finish, set accurate expectations, and serve as the essential link between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles.
• Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and service timelines.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
• Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships.
