Job summary

Swope Family of Dealerships is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the guest service experience from the service drive through to vehicle handoff. You will greet guests, explain maintenance per manufacturer specifications, and keep them informed about repair timelines and changes to estimates or pickup times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment is required.
• Knowledge of vehicle technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by the service manager.
• Oversee the guest service experience from service drive to vehicle return.
• Greet guests at their car with a smile and advise on maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Communicate repair timelines and any changes to estimates or pickup times.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy on repair orders.
• Address guest concerns, pass along questions, and follow up via calls or emails.
• Maintain certifications and training as required by the manufacturer.
