SWOPE HYUNDAI Elizabethtown is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the guest service experience from the service drive to vehicle return. You will greet guests, advise on maintenance, and ensure accurate repair timelines in partnership with technicians.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen.
• Available for Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by the service manager.
• Manage the guest service experience from the service drive until vehicle is returned.
• Greet guests at their car with a smile.
• Advise guests on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Explain repair timelines and keep guests informed of changes.
• Follow up with progress calls or emails for estimates or pickup times.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Document repairs and changes on repair orders.
• Resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Maintain manufacturer certifications and trainings as required.

The Service Advisor will:

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership’s service manager.
• Responsible for the entire guest service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the guest.
• Greet every guest at their car with a smile.
• Advise guests on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Effectively communicate to the guest the timeline of repair and maintenance.
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient work flow.
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.
• Resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills.
• Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
