Swope Family of Dealerships in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Service Advisor to join our day shift team. You’ll greet guests, explain maintenance needs, schedule repairs and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate timelines and high CSI.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and basic computer skills.
• Able to analyze information and multi-task in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Maintain CSI rating as set by dealership’s service manager.
• Responsible for the entire guest service experience from the service drive until vehicle is returned to the guest.
• Greet every guest at their car with a smile.
• Advise guests on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Effectively communicate the repair timeline to the guest.
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding changes in estimates or pickup time.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair orders in the approved manner.
• Resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
• Available for Tuesday thru Saturday schedule.

The Service Advisor will:
