Freightliner of Hartford is seeking a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department in East Hartford, CT, handling customer interactions and coordinating repairs on Freightliner and WesternStar trucks.

You will prepare repair orders, interact with technicians, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, and contribute to a monthly bonus program. We offer PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 10% match, and overtime based on experience.

Freightliner of Hartford is looking for a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department when it comes to working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT that specializes in repairing Freightliner and WesternStar Trucks along with other makes and models.
