Job summary

Transteck, Inc., operating Freightliner of Hagerstown, seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers and our service team while guiding vehicles through the repair process.

Strong communication and sales skills are essential; one year of service, sales, or customer service experience is required. We offer uniforms, medical, dental/vision, STD/LTD, and a 401k with employer match.

Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Hagerstown dealership.

Description for the Service Advisor:

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.
• The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
• One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
