Mike Maroone Chevrolet South is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage repair orders, communicate with techs, and deliver a service experience that keeps customers coming back. You should thrive in a fast-paced, structured process environment and be comfortable with Cox Automotive platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a domestic dealership or independent shop.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
• Working knowledge of DealerTrack and XTime preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders and documentation accurately.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers.
• Deliver a service experience that drives CSI and repeat business.
