Job summary

Kenworth Of Pa in Carlisle, PA is seeking a service advisor for medium/heavy duty truck service. You will communicate with customers to identify mechanical problems, secure repair estimates, and set expectations for completion times.

Responsibilities include following up on repair orders, handling customer questions, coordinating technician work, and ensuring clear, courteous communication. CDL is a plus; strong computer skills (MS Office) are required to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Coordinate work assignments for service technicians.
