Allegiance Trucks, LLC in North Haven, CT is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the shop workflow and schedule, ensuring timely updates to customers on service changes and delivery times. You will coordinate with the service team on parts availability and ordering to keep repairs moving.

You will prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes, monitor progress throughout the day, and handle inbound inquiries.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Customer-focused with good communication.
• Ability to solve complex problems and be computer savvy.
• Familiarity with auto and trucking preferred.
