Job summary

Lloyd Skoda in Carlisle is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will greet customers, advise on technical issues, book vehicles for service and keep customers updated on progress. The role also involves selling repairs and parts and finalising invoices.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills, IT literacy, and a full UK driving license. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• An ideal Service Advisor will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service.
• You should influence the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience is important.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and presentable.
• Must be IT literate; Kerridge knowledge is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd Skoda retailer based in Carlisle.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary DOE, OTE £30,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Role Responsibilities

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.

An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
• Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
