Lloyd Motor Group in Carlisle is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to support the Service team with administration, warranty processing, job card pre-checks, service advising and more. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• IT literate with basic software skills.
• Kerridge knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers professionally and courteously in the Service Department.
• Advise on technical queries and issues.
• Book vehicles into the department and inform customers of progress.
• Sell repairs/parts and finalise invoices.
