Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring a Sales Representative to guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to delivery, and to build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

This commission-based role requires at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, a proven record of meeting goals, and the ability to work weekends; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.

• Manage showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
