Role:

Sales and Service Advisor (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, recommend services, prepare estimates, and explain repair options.
• Manage workflow with technicians, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed of service progress.
• Handle work orders, invoices, and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Customer-focused with strong communication and active listening skills.
• Organized, professional appearance, and able to learn automotive products, services, and store technology.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
