Workstream in Attica is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Writer to enhance customer experience and manage service operations. This role requires 2+ years in a similar position and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role (Auto, Marine, or Powersports).
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.

About the Role

As aService Advisor, you’ll serve as the communication link between customers and our technicians. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, prepare accurateserviceestimates, and ensure that their machines are repaired efficiently and correctly. This role is key to maintaining the customer experience and keeping ourservicedepartment running smoothly.
