Job summary

Fondy Powersports is seeking a customer-focused Powersports Service Advisor to join the service team. You will bridge customers and technicians to ensure riders receive the services they need while delivering an outstanding dealership experience.

Applicants should be familiar with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles, and enjoy fast-paced customer service in a busy dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in dealership/customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides).
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way.
• Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, repair orders, and invoicing.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team mindset with focus on customer service.
