Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in Atlanta seeks a dedicated Service Advisor to act as the primary communicator between customers and technicians. Key responsibilities include verifying service contract coverage, developing repair estimates, and advising clients on additional repair needs. Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age to be able to drive for the company.
• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between customer and technician.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
• Prepare repair order by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs
• Confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials and keep customer informed on completion times and services expenses

Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
