Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is seeking a Service Manager to lead and inspire our service team in Missoula, MT. You will drive performance, culture, and the customer experience across a busy dealership service department.

Lead recruitment, training, and daily staff development while ensuring warranty, receivables, and service contracts are managed efficiently. You will also coordinate with Lithia Home Office Fixed Operations to align policy and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership service manager experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer experience and service operations.
