Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to learn from our factory-certified technicians and gain hands-on repair skills.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm with on-the-job training, safety emphasis, and opportunities for advancement within Team Rahal as you build a professional automotive career. The program includes paid time off after probation, benefits enrollment after 30 days, and a path to advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid state emissions and inspections licenses OR willingness to acquire during training.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn, twist, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Learn from factory-certified Automotive Service Technicians and gain hands-on training to advance within the organization.
