Service Administrator Responsibilities:

• Answer service calls and schedule appointments
• Provide administrative support to our service department
• Assist when needed with warranty claims
• Coordinatewith vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
• Communicatewith customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
• Stay up to date withall factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
• Assist the Sales team with we-owe process
• Assist with loaner vehicles
