Qualifications

• MS/MA or BA/BS in Business or Human Services related field.
• Three years of direct employment experience including staff supervision.
• Thorough understanding of social service/treatment and mental health programs.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and service leadership to programs.
• Ensure staff caseloads and billing benchmarks are met.
• Assign cases to optimize staff capacity.
• Navigate referrals and monitor documentation in EHR.
• Train staff on billing and EHR systems.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
• Develop and review program policies and procedures.
• Compile and report outcome data on program effectiveness.
• Communicate with community partners and families.
• Conduct file reviews and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Network with community agencies to provide services.
