Qualifications

• MS/MA degree in a business or human services field or higher.
• Three years of supervised employment experience required.
• Strong administrative understanding of social services and mental health programs.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with goal setting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision to programs, projects, and staff.
• Ensure caseload and billing benchmarks are met regularly.
• Assign cases and monitor staff capacity for full utilization.
• Assist in referrals and monitor supporting fiscal documentation.
• Train staff on billing and EHR entries.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
