The position requires an MS/MA or BA/BS in relevant fields and at least three years of supervisory experience in social services or mental health settings. Competitive benefits accompany the salary of $72,080 per year.

Qualifications

• Requires three years of direct employment experience including staff supervision.
• Thorough administrative understanding of social service/treatment related, and mental health programs.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication; able to set goals and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and service leadership to programs and staff.
• Ensure staff caseload and billing benchmarks are met consistently.
• Oversee case assignments to maximize staff capacity and efficiency.
• Train staff on billing and use of the Electronic Health System.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid standards, and organizational policies.
• Compile and report outcome data to demonstrate program effectiveness.
• Communicate professionally with community members and partner agencies.
• Handle HR activities including hiring, orientation, and employee development.
• Oversee procurement and IT needs, and supervise Administrative staff.
