Bish’s RV in Indiana is seeking a Service Admin to support both service and sales teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer communication. You will coordinate deliveries, translate technician notes into our service database, organize files, and ensure required documents are collected.

You will work with DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel/Teams to keep records up to date. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, professional appearance, and the ability to handle a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in calls and in-person updates.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficient with dealership systems and office software.
• Willing to work every Saturday.
• Pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into the Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents.
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones professionally.
• Use DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel/Teams to manage documentation.
