Bish’s RV Davenport is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage customer follow-up, data entry, and light administration.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork with Service, Parts, Sales, and leadership, and delivering an exceptional delivery experience for customers purchasing new RVs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line systems.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available on Saturdays (until 6PM).
• Experience in event coordination.
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

• File and photo organization - filing paper forms and uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Be part of delivering the customer’s best experience when taking delivery of their new RV

Description

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Pay: $24 hourly.

What you'll do:

• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Gets to be a part of a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV!
• Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM)
• Experience in event coordination
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
