Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post technicians service time into the computer.
• Process, complete and bill all service work orders.
• Enter employee payroll information into the computer system for processing.
• Assist in collecting money for completed service work and making sure the service work is properly charged out.
• Assists with customer follow ups and handling customer service issues.
• Assist service technicians with enrollment in training schools and travel arrangements.
• Register new and used equipment with proper delivery dates with the manufacturer.
