Job summary

King Ranch, Inc. in Conroe, TX is seeking an Administrative Clerk to post service times, process work orders, and handle payroll data entry. You will assist with billing, collections, and customer follow-ups while supporting service technicians with training enrollment and equipment registration.

The role requires a high school diploma and reading ability at a high school level; prior customer service experience is a plus. This is an on-site position at our Conroe location.

Responsibilities

• Assists with customer follow ups and handling customer service issues.
• Assist service technicians with enrollment in training schools and travel arrangements.
• Register new and used equipment with proper delivery dates with the manufacturer.
