The Beverly Hills Hotel is seeking a Lobby Café Server / F&B Supervisor to lead daily operations across Lobby Café, Hotel Bar, and Supper Club. This position emphasizes guest recognition, team leadership, and delivering world‑class service in a historic luxury setting in Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and supervise daily operations of the Lobby Café, Hotel Bar and Supper Club during all hours of operations.
• Recognize all In-House and VIP guests and build guest relationships.
• Assign shift teams, side work, and stations while maintaining standards.
• Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings and supervise on‑the‑floor service.
• Open and close outlets as needed and drive guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with uniform, grooming, and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel history and statistics to enhance guest experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $33.49 per hour.

What you'll do

A day in the life of an F&B Supervisor demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all the tasks that our F&B Supervisors accomplish would be lengthy, but the list below is essential to know.

• Oversee and supervise daily operations of the Lobby Café, Hotel Bar and Supper Club during all hours of operations
• Recognize all In-House and VIP guests
• Build and strengthen relationships with our guests
• Assign shift teams, side work, and stations
• Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings
• Work hands‑on while supervising shift operations
• Ability to open and close the outlets as necessary due to business needs
• Drive problem solving and resolution
• Ensure teams have a strict adherence to uniform & grooming standards
• Thorough conversational knowledge of hotel history and statistics
• Keep the teams focused on guest satisfaction and desired financial results
• Ensure Food and Beverage service occurs according to operating and DC Core standards
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, procedures and standards
• Direct team members to strive for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues
• Supervise departmental labor and equipment costs
• Complete supervisory projects and report assignments
• Perform any other job‑related duties as required and requested
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving seating assignments, preferred needs of regular guests’ dietary restrictions and even special occasions. Our F&B Supervisors advise the managers and servers of any VIP’s questions and/or specific service needs to guarantee the requests are fulfilled by our Food & Beverage Supervisors and Managers.
• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our F&B Supervisors are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our F&B Supervisors must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
• The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency,F&B Supervisors are provided with specific details on how we care for their department and our hotel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
