Job summary

The Park at Belle Harbour is seeking a personable and attentive server to join our Culinary Department. This part-time role offers shifts Mon–Fri 3:30 PM–8:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekends only.

Earn between $20 and $23 per hour, depending on experience, and enjoy a benefits-eligible pathway for team members. You will support dining service for residents, set tables, greet guests, explain daily specials, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• Positive impersonal skills are required.
• A food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Greet residents and families
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
