Koelsch Communities in Kirkland, Washington is seeking a personable and attentive server to join the Culinary Department at Madison House.

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay. You will provide meal service to residents, greet guests, and support front-of-house tasks while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Positive interpersonal skills are required.
• A food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Greet residents and families.
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs' daily specials.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
