Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in EE/CE/ME or equivalent industry experience.
0–2 years system engineering experience in server products.
Strong knowledge of server architecture and components.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting server issues.
Experience configuring basic enterprise OS.
Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
Experience collaborating with sales/FAE teams a plus.
Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

Work with product managers and account teams to build proof-of-concept systems for customer qualification.
Troubleshoot system issues in production/manufacturing and assist RMA repair teams.
Manage OEM system bill-of-materials and ECOs.
Work with labs to validate new hardware and firmware releases.
Proactively learn and research new technologies and products.
Collaborate with sales and customers as liaison between internal teams.
