Job summary

Stratton Mountain Club seeks enthusiastic servers for its food & beverage team. This seasonal part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality service at upscale events and catering, with tips supplementing hourly pay.

Experience in fine dining or catering is preferred, and knowledge of wine, beer and liquor is a plus. Candidates should be flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

The main goal of these positions is to ensure high quality service and exceed all our customers’ expectations for an efficiently operated event. All applicants should be experienced in the service industry particularly serving guests at upscale restaurants, working catering events or bartending. Fine dining service experience preferred. This is a seasonal part-time role.
