Job summary

IAM Hospitality, featuring Norte Restaurant in New York, is seeking a passionate Server to provide an exceptional dining experience. You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and uphold Norte’s standards of excellence through attentive service and detailed menu knowledge.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through menu selections, maintaining service flow, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years previous experience as a Server.
• Prior Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Toast POS system.
• Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and sequence of service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Compensation:17.00 plus tips, Tip Credit Laws Applicable.
