A Room Service Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, supporting the hotel's goal of outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Service Server, your responsibilities include:

• Setting up room service trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieving checks, setting tables, and delivering food from the kitchen and bar to guest rooms and meeting rooms
• Serving meals, collecting trays, and responding promptly to guest requests
• Presenting checks and processing payments
• Returning payments and signed checks to the order taker
• Answering room service calls and performing order taker duties as needed
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
