The Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting the hotel's financial profitability.

Work Location

Hilton Sedona Resort, 90 Ridge Trail Drive, Sedona, AZ 86351

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying trash and linens, cleaning floors, and removing debris and insects
• Greet guests courteously
• Conduct deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assist with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms as required
