Job Description: Room Service Server

A Room Service Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Service Server, your responsibilities include:

1. Setting up room service trays and tables for incoming orders.
2. Retrieving checks, setting tables according to specifications, and delivering food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
3. Serving meals, collecting guest trays, and responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
4. Presenting checks and obtaining payments.
5. Returning payments and signed checks to the order taker.
6. Performing order taker duties and answering room service calls as needed.
7. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
