Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, part of Genesis Hospitality, seeks an experienced, team-oriented part-time server in Lambertville, NJ. You’ll deliver personalized service, manage a station, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

The role requires at least 4 years of fine dining experience, strong English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with flexible weekday/weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be creative, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and time management skills.
• Moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the food and beverage service for a station of tables and be the face of the establishment.
• Develop rapport with guests and provide warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.

Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidate for a part-time Server position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for orchestrating the food and beverage service for a station of tables and being the face of the establishment.
• Ability to develop rapport with guests, and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.
• Must possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general.
• Ability to execute the restaurant’s vision and philosophy.
• Ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant’s policies and standards.
