Qualifications

• At least 4 years fine dining experience preferred.
• Creative, team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the food and beverage service for a station of tables and be the face of the establishment.
• Develop rapport with guests and provide warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.
• Demonstrate knowledge and passion for food, wine, and service.
• Support the restaurant’s vision and standards, and adapt to service cycles.
