Job summary

Genesis Hospitality in Lambertville, NJ, is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Expeditor for The Lambertville Station Inn, a high-volume restaurant. Applicants must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in expediting and plating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedite orders and communicate with cooks and servers.
• Finish plates and ensure quality presentation.
• Finish and package all takeout orders.
• Prepare desserts for servers and maintain the expeditor area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary: Genesis Hospitality is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidates for this high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.

Essential Functions:

• Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
• Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
• Finishing all plates
• Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
• Getting desserts together for the servers.
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
