Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for the PM shift (4pm-11pm). You will provide a dining experience in the resort, curate guest interactions, and serve as the conduit between guests and the kitchen.

Experience in hospitality and a genuine service mindset are valued. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years as a server, a food handlers card, and the ability to work weekends/holidays with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience as Server.
Hotel/resort experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Willing and able to work weekends/holidays.
Current Food Handlers Card required.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.

Responsibilities

Provide a dining experience in the restaurant and throughout the resort when warranted.
Curating the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen.
Monitor POS station and communicate with customers on menu recommendations, accommodations and knowledge.

This is a Part Time position for the PM Shift (4pm-11pm).

As a Restaurant Server You Will Be Responsible For
