Restaurant Server - Full Time

Position: Full‑time Restaurant Server (PM Shift 3 pm-10 pm) at CIVANA Resort. Primary responsibilities include delivering a high‑quality dining experience across the restaurant and throughout the resort.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and curate the dining experience within the resort.
• Act as the conduit between guests and kitchen, managing POS station and communicating menu recommendations, accommodations, and knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and timely service throughout the dining area.
• Assist teammates and coordinate staffing for smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• One to two years of restaurant server experience.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current Food Handlers Card required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Passion for health and wellness.
