Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Reservation Agent to create personalized reservation experiences for guests seeking wellness journeys and spa bookings.

You'll handle room accommodations, transportation arrangements to and from the airport, and process payments and confirmations while maintaining exceptional service, warmth, and professional appearance on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Reservations/Front Desk experience in a hotel/resort environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with reservation systems and office software.
• Experience in hospitality or wellness/facility services preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site and to cover weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized reservation experiences for guests based on their needs (rooms, wellnessJourney classes, spa bookings).
• Arrange transportation to/from the airport and manage payments and confirmations for services.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and provide warm, professional service.
• Maintain neat appearance and uphold dress code; support concierge team during high-volume periods.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Regular Full Time Position. Shifts start at 7:00am and the latest end time is 6:30pm.

As a Guest Experience Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based upon their individual needs such as:
• Room Accommodations
• Planning for wellness Journey classes and/or Spa bookings
• Offer transportation arrangements to/from the airport
• In addition, process payments & send confirmations of preplanned services
• Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• Stays in compliance with the dress code by staying in a neat, clean, and tidy appearance
• Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.
• Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.
• Support the concierge team in lobby during high business levels and take on concierge shift coverage if needed (which may include to assist guests with arrivals and/or departures)

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Reservations and/or Front Desk experience (or comparable role)
• Strong computer skills
• Strong/positive communication skills
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work on-site
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
