Job summary

Civana in Carefree, AZ is seeking a friendly Banquet Server for part‑time shifts at our wellness resort & spa. You will help deliver world‑class banquet and event experiences, serving in meeting spaces and throughout the resort, acting as the conduit between guests, kitchen, and bar.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Banquet Server or related Food & Beverage experience, and are willing to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Banquet Server, Server or any related Food & Beverage experience.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Providing a world class banquet and event experience in the meeting rooms and throughout the resort when warranted.
• The server curates the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen and the bar.
• The server needs to possess a strong understanding of customer service and a diverse knowledge in products.
