Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking passionate, service‑oriented front desk professionals to join our Guest Experience team. You will check guests in and out, assist with planning Wellness Journey classes, take reservations by phone, and arrange transportation while delivering a warm, personalized welcome that sets the tone for every stay.

Open availability all days including weekends and holidays between 6:00am and 10:30pm is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous hotel/resort experience a plus, but not required.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Passion for wellness

Ideal Candidates For Front Desk Or Guest Experience

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
