Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, Carefree, AZ, is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server for the PM shift (4pm-11pm) on a part-time basis. You will deliver dining experiences throughout the resort and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of server experience and can work weekends. Employment includes shift meals, health insurance starting after hire, and access to resort programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as Server.
• Willing and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge or passion for Health & Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining experiences in the restaurant and resort as needed.
• Curate the guest experience; serve as conduit between guest and kitchen.
• Monitor POS and advise guests on menu recommendations and accommodations.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Part Time position for the PM Shift (4pm-11pm).

As a Restaurant Server you will be responsible for:

• Providing a dining experience in the restaurant and throughout the resort when warranted.
• Curating the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen.
• You will be monitoring POS station and communicate with customers on menu recommendations, accommodations and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One to two years’ experience as Server
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
