Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona is looking for a dedicated Pool Server to create an exceptional experience for guests by providing food and beverage services at the pool area. Qualifications

Ideal Candidates

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. Weekend + holidays required. Hours will vary between 9am - 7pm.

Responsibilities

• As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests
• Manage all service aspects and elements of the pool and surrounding areas
• Create an exceptional experience for pool guests by serving food and beverages, maintaining pool areas including chairs, towels and loungers, and providing seating accommodations

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Pool Server, Server Assistant or related Food & Beverage experience
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Requires long periods of being outdoors and in the sun
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
