• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests in multiple dining rooms.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and address them with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and club service standards.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment.
