Job summary

Heritage Golf Group in Saint Peters, MO seeks a Server to deliver welcoming, high-quality food and beverage service to members and guests. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery while coordinating with the kitchen and bar.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with club service standards.
• Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and beverage offerings.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas.
• Process member charges and guest payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with banquet, club events, tournaments, and special functions as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
